Cancellation & Booking Policy • At AB Luxe Studios, each appointment is reserved specifically for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and protect the time dedicated to each service, please review the following policies before booking. Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, including in the event of cancellation. • Your deposit will be applied toward the remaining balance of your scheduled service. • An appointment is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received. • Deposits may not be transferred to another person. • If AB Luxe Studios must cancel your appointment and cannot reasonably reschedule you, your deposit may be refunded or transferred to a future appointment at your choice. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled 48 hours or more in advance may have the deposit transferred one time to a new appointment date. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows • Same-day cancellations and missed appointments are considered late cancellations. • The original deposit will be forfeited, and a new non-refundable deposit will be required before another appointment can be booked. • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in AB Luxe Studios declining future appointments. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time and prepared for your scheduled service. • A 10-minute grace period is provided. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted, shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the time available. • If the appointment must be canceled due to a late arrival, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. House Call Appointments • For house call services, please ensure the service location is accurate, accessible, safe, and ready for your appointment at the scheduled time. • Any changes to the service address should be communicated before the appointment. Significant location changes may result in an additional travel fee or require rescheduling. • If AB Luxe Studios is unable to safely access or perform services at the provided location, the appointment may be canceled. AB Luxe Studios Cancellations • Your time is valuable as well. • If AB Luxe Studios needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be contacted as soon as possible and given priority to reschedule. Your existing deposit will transfer to the new appointment. • If AB Luxe Studios cancels the appointment and a suitable rescheduled appointment cannot be arranged, you may choose to receive a full refund of your deposit. Emergencies • AB Luxe Studios understands that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur. Emergency situations may be reviewed individually at our discretion. • An exception, credit, or rescheduling accommodation in one situation does not waive the policy for future appointments. Booking Agreement • By submitting your deposit and booking an appointment with AB Luxe Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Booking Policy. • ALL CLIENT DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE except when AB Luxe Studios cancels the appointment and cannot provide an acceptable rescheduling option.
